Step 4: Setting up the Hot Directory

Right click on the button with the ellipses to the right of the Hot Directory text box.

If you haven't already done so, create a directory in a convenient location that will be the hot directory.

If this folder is located on a network drive, the full UNC path should be typed into the HotDirectory text box. Example: \\<server name>\<share>

NOTE: All files in the hot directory are deleted as they are processed, we suggest you copy files into this directory rather than move them for this reason.

Note: If your hot directories require a username or password, enter the username and password only once, each subsequent HotDirectory configured should be left blank.

You're done! Start copying files into your new hot directory and watch them print
