You now have a new icon on your desktop!
Double click the icon and you will see a screen similar to this:
Click on the license button
Enter the license code supplied to you by Larson Software Technology and click "Ok"
Next, click the "Printer" tab at the top.
In the drop down menu, select the printer you want to be configured with the batch printing hot directory.
Then, check the "NPS Enabled" check box
Note: for the DesignJet 500,650, and 800, you will need to change the "Device Type", also change this if you are using a LaserJet or Deskjet.
Select your color mode and verify the device settings.
