Double click the icon of the file you just downloaded and you will see a screen displayed like the one below:
Click "Continue"
Click Next
Select "Yes" to continue.
Click Next to continue
Click "Next
Select "No, I will restart my computer later" We need to make a few changes first.
Right click "My Computer" on your desktop and select "Manage", In the window that pops up, choose "Services and Applications" and then select "Services"
On the right side of the screen, scroll down to where you see LST Network Print Server. Right click it and choose "Properties".
Change the "Startup Type" to "Automatic" and then click the "Start" button on that dialogue box.
Click ok.
Now you can restart.
