Attributes Display

The following references to the Quick icon selections for the Draw Options assumes that the Draw Toolbar is inactive.

Each drawn object will be have the default settings displayed in the Attributes Display. The Attributes Display can be found in the lower left corner of the PlotShop screen.

The Attributes Display shows the colors of lines, text, text fills, solid fills, patterns and edges/borders. Also shown is the line width, line style, fill style, and arrow style the drawn object will retain.

With nothing selected on the canvas, the Attributes Display shows the "global" settings. With an object selected, the objects attributes are shown in the Attributes Display section

How to change the colors of existing objects

  1. Select the object to be changed with the left-most mouse button.
  2. Select the attribute color to change with the left-most mouse button: Line, Text, Fill Text, Fill, Pattern, Border. You will hear a beep once the attribute has been selected.
  3. Select the new color from the Color Table.

How to change the default colors

  1. Have nothing selected on the canvas.
  2. Select the attribute color to change with the left-most mouse button. You will hear a beep once the attribute has been selected.
  3. Select the new color from the Color Table.
