When selected the following toolbar is displayed on the left-hand side of the canvas if in Fixed Mode; otherwise it will be displayed across the top of the canvas below the Main Toolbar.
The Draw Toolbar selection is a toggle switch. The first selection of the Draw Toolbar displays it on the canvas. The second selection of the Draw Toolbar dismisses it from the canvas.
