When selected, the Main Toolbar will be either turned On or Off depending on the status of the Main Toolbar at the time of the selection.
The Main Toolbar is a toggle switch and cannot be turned On from the icon. Once you have turned the Main Toolbar Off, you must use the pulldown menus to turn the toolbars On.
