The toolbar selection displays another pulldown menu with different types of toolbars to assist in manipulating objects on the canvas.
The buttons that control the displaying of all the Toolbars are toggle switches. A toggle switch controls whether or not the function is ON or OFF and is independent.
The default mode for viewing toolbars is Fixed Mode.
