The draw options are found in the Main Menu under Draw.
To see the options associated with Draw, click on the word Draw in the Main Menu with the left-most mouse button.
Each Draw Option is iconified in the Draw Toolbar. The Draw Toolbar will remain active until you deactivate it by selecting the icon again.
