This option clears the canvas and starts a new montage creation. It will prompt you on whether or not you wish to save the current canvas for future use.

How to

1. Click on File in the Main Menu with the left mouse button.
2. Click on New and the following dialog will appear on your canvas:

   

   Yes: If you want to save the work on the canvas for future use, click on Yes with the left mouse button. This will perform the Save As... function.

   No: If you do not wish to save any of the work on the canvas for future use, click No with your left mouse button. It will result in a clean canvas and a new layout file.

   Cancel: If you want to cancel clearing the canvas, click on Cancel with the left mouse button.
